Rent payments

Your rent (and bills where on our Bills-Inclusive package) are payable via four quarterly instalments, taken by direct debit.

Rent should be taken as follows:

3^rd instalment	1^st January 2027	TBC — dependent on Student Loans
4^th instalment	1^st April 2027	TBC — dependent on Student Loans

If you’re having difficulty

If you are having longer-term difficulty in paying your rent, please speak to us as soon as possible. We will normally make an arrangement to ease the burden, and will advise you on how to seek further help, such as Hardship Loans.

Any application for hardship funding should be made to your university well in advance, as these typically take several weeks for approval.
