Our office
Our office is located at 120 Woodville Road — right in the heart of Cathays and in short walking distance from all of our houses. It is a handy meeting place for our team and a base from which we carry out viewings during the Letting Season.

Facebook Messenger
For flexibility and ease of contact, we’re available through Facebook Messenger.
A Facebook Messenger group chat will be set up for all houses in advance of your contract. The group will include ‘John Winter’ (our Lettings Team) as well as Ollie Smith, our Maintenance Manager.
So that we can respond to your more urgent queries, please only use Facebook Messenger for non-urgent queries and maintenance requests. Urgent matters and emergencies should always go via the Maintenance Manager by telephone, text message or email.
