WHOLE HOUSE: JW-103

5 bed on Russell Street

Roath

Modern with beautiful original features

This property has been completely remodelled, and is yet another example of the ultimate in architecturally-designed student living.

The open plan kitchen/ lounge area, complete with American style fridge/freezer, gives you plenty of space for both studying and relaxing. All of the usual John Winter extra touches have been included; from automatic lighting, top-of-the-range appliances and a rear lawned garden, perfect for warmer months and social occasions.

The five bedrooms sit across two floors, with customisable lighting in all bedrooms, designer furniture and fittings, and a separate light up makeup station. The exposed chimney breast features in the bedrooms, and the two spacious designer bathrooms complete the luxurious feel this house will give you.

Situated just outside the prime student area, this house is great for those who want to be close to amenities and student life, but with a slightly quieter location.

Please note: On-street parking is restricted in Cardiff. If required, ask us about permit eligibility with Cardiff Council.

Why rent a John Winter house?

Quite simply, I provide the best houses and the best service at great prices.

I have built my reputation by offering high quality homes for university students for over 50 years and I strive to be the very best student housing provider. I’m proud to be the only one in Cardiff with my name above the door.

My houses are in the most attractive student locations and are refurbished to the highest standards, and because I’m not a letting agent — I own every house I let — my excellent team and I can provide you the best service. Ask any of our current or former tenants firsthand and they’ll tell you what living in a John Winter house is like!

I know the importance of a safe, secure and comfortable home whilst at university, and everything about my business, from the design of my houses to the way you’ll interact with my team, is focused on ensuring you have the best possible experience of student life in Cardiff.

Don't just take our word for it

The vast majority of our tenants come to us based on recommendations from family and friends who have lived with us!

When our friends talk about the houses they’ve rented in Cardiff we realise just how lucky we’ve been – such an incredible house with no bond or fees! Anna, Coburn Street

We love having barbeques in our garden in the summer Angharad, Cogan Terrace

The team of maintenance men is fantastic! Problems are usually sorted quickly when we ring them. Rhian, Harriet Street

It’s hard to grasp it all when first searching for a house, but John and the team really know what students need — the houses really are in the very best locations, and they’re perfectly designed for student living. Plus the service is amazing! Rebecca, Richards Street

I have had three daughters in University recently — one in Bristol, one in Bath and one in Cardiff. Your house is the only one I am totally happy with. I only wish my other two girls had been similarly well housed. Thank you! Mrs Kershaw, Kensington, London

I really love the house, the service has been well above par and the team are lovely. Highly recommend John Winter if you want a smooth, stress-free student living experience. Jess, Coburn Street
